Given the diverse and complex nature of the functions that we run for our clients, our transition methodology encompasses five key phases—each customized to a specific transition and focuses on risk reduction and process improvement. Our dedicated transition team utilizes this proven methodology to onboard processes from our clients.
These transition phases can be summarized as:
Consolidate process requirements and define the high-level process transition plan.
We send our scoping team to the client’s site for knowledge acquisition and to define SIPOC as well as key metrics and deliverables.
Knowledge acquisition and management:
Document procedures, define SLAs and tracking mechanisms, as well as outline the necessary training plans for the team.
A combination of people, process, and technology define our deployment plan, along with the migration of the transitioned processes to eClerx delivery centers.
Measure process performance through SLAs, KPIs, and a host of other performance measurements. Ongoing process evaluation to deliver continuous improvement.
